Rungs provides Rungs, a mobile app that helps users review trading signals, connect an Alpaca brokerage account, and receive proposal and execution notifications.

Data We Collect

Account identity data such as email address, name, profile photo, and Firebase authentication identifiers.
Broker connection data needed to support Alpaca paper or live account linking and account validation.
App configuration and trading records such as risk settings, proposals, orders, execution reports, portfolio snapshots, and guardrail telemetry.
Device and notification data such as push tokens, platform, and last-seen timestamps.

How We Use Data

Authenticate users and secure access to the app.
Connect to Alpaca, show account status, and support paper-trading review flows.
Generate, deliver, and audit trading proposals and related analytics.
Send push notifications when proposals or account events require attention.
Investigate support issues, fraud, abuse, and reliability problems.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, including Firebase for authentication and Alpaca for broker connectivity and trading operations initiated by the user. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and Deletion

Users can request deletion in-app. When a deletion request is confirmed, we remove stored app account records we control, including sessions, saved broker credentials, devices, risk settings, and trading history tied to the user account.
